The 2022 Ducati Panigale V4 S is Ducati’s flagship track-focused superbike, built around the 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4 that makes about 215 hp and a broad, race-bred torque curve. For 2022 it received meaningful refinements: revised aerodynamics with slimmer, more efficient winglets; a reshaped tank and seat for better rider support under braking; and updated power modes and dash layouts that mirror Ducati’s GP bikes. The “S” trim adds top-shelf hardware—Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension (NPX pressurized forks/TTX shock), forged Marchesini wheels, and a lightweight battery—sharpening response while trimming weight.
