Had a great experience picking up my R6 here, mostly thanks to Ricky. Visited a couple of times before making up my mind and he was super helpful every visit. Zero pressure to buy, he was more focused on finding the right bike for me than just getting a quick sale. He knew what they had in stock off the top of his head and gave solid recommendations. When I finally decided on the bike, he made the whole process and pricing super straightforward.
The showroom has a massive selection (almost too many, it can be hard to walk around lol) and there are no hidden fees or crazy dealer markups, just taxes and licensing. They also made sure the bike was fully checked over, running right, and cleaned up before I took it home. Definitely recommend asking for Ricky if you stop by.

Ricky and Adi made the purchase a breeze. Got the bike delivered in less than a week.
Unfortunately, two weeks later and after about 200 miles of normal riding. The engine unexpectedly failed.
After inspecting it, Ricky confirmed a rod bearing failure and would need a new engine.
Looking back, my biggest mistake was declining the extended warranty. Since it was a Honda with only 15,000 miles, I honestly didn’t expect the engine to fail so soon after purchase. They told me this was an extremely rare situation.
As frustrating as the engine failure was, I learned that any used motorcycle can sometimes experience unexpected mechanical failures that aren’t apparent during a pre-sale inspection.
What really impressed me was how AK Motors handled the situation. Adi offered to split the cost of a replacement engine with me, covered the labor at no charge, and even let me choose the replacement engine from eBay. That level of flexibility and customer service is hard to find.
Mo did an excellent job installing the engine. While everything was apart, the team also found that the bike needed a starter and a new battery. They replaced both parts with OEM and covered the labor at no additional cost. They really went the extra mile to get me back on the road as quickly as possible.
I’m incredibly grateful to Adi, Ricky, Mo, and the entire team at AK Motors for standing behind me through such an unfortunate situation. It wasn’t the experience either of us wanted, but they worked with me to make it right, and that says a lot about their character. Despite the rough start, I’d definitely do business with AK Motors again. 🤗🫡

Really great people. Interaction by text was smooth and easy. Prices are affordable! I financed from text and arrived to sign and received the motorcycle same day. I would recommend to check them out. I have had no issues with the motorcycle. I am having a blast learning to ride. They also were helpful in retrieving my tags from DMV.

Quick & easy process. No hassle. Bike is clean. Bought a 2017 zx6r 2 weeks ago with 7700 miles I have put 1300 miles more on it so far. I believe some of the bad reviews may be due to a bike being of older age/mileage. Sport bikes are not Toyotas. Great dealer in my opinion. Keys and bike were ready for me and papers were signed in 15 minutes after I arrived. Approval was good. I have 2 other car loans and they were able to approve me when my credit union did not. Will definitely shop here again in 6 months

Josh is the absolute best!! He was very helpful in spearheading my friends tactical acquisition of a 2013 GSXR 750 and keeping us company while waiting for the mechanics to get it ready to roll!! He is very funny and has great potential for modeling!!
